Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint an Intellectual Property/privacy lawyer to join their office in the Netherlands. The team are one of the most widely recognised intellectual property firms in the Netherlands and have top legal 500 rated partners and associates who deal with IP and regulatory advisory cases worldwide. The firm itself are rated top tier for many practice areas worldwide including intellectual property.
The team are seeking an intellectual property lawyer with 3-7 PQE. You will need experience in; data protection and privacy, IP protection. Your day to day responsibilities will include Compliance programs and policies, Data security, data loss prevention and data breaches, E-discovery and Global data transfer management. Fluency in Dutch and English are mandatory.
