Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Have you become tired of city centre working culture? Are you a corporate commercial solicitor based in Staffordshire looking to work closer to home, but still maintaining a good level of corporate/commercial work?

Our client has a strong track record providing legal advice to a varied commercial client base. They are seeking to appoint a corporate commercial solicitor with around 2-4 years' PQE to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be expected to provide advice to start ups, omb’s, plc’s and partnerships, along with local authorities and charities on matters to include sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy outs/buy ins and venture capital investments, along with corporate restructuring and reorganisation (to name a few).

The team is extremely supportive and for the right person there are real prospects of progression.
