London based US Law firm is looking to recruit a new IT Support Analyst to act as a first point of contact for all IT-related support for the office.  Responsibilities will include providing general problem solving assistance, installing and maintaining desktops, laptops and smart phones, setting up and supporting conferences, recognising and troubleshooting phone, printer and software problems. providing first and second line technical assistance regarding errors or questions about applications and another other ad hoc duties.  You will also be required to provide technical support for a variety of client/server applications including MS Windows 7 and 10, VMWare VDI, iManage, InterAction and Cisco.  Candidates must have previous support experience and great troubleshooting and communication skills.  Proficiency working with MS Office 2010 and 2106 is a must, as is hands on experience with system support, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all firm hardware.  Standard hours will be 35 hours per week covering a support rota between the hours 8am and 6pm.
