Residential Development Solicitor , Birmingham

High profile team who act for major national and regional homebuilder clients are now looking to appoint a solicitor or legal executive at 2+ years PQE to handle good quality Development work.

Ideally you will have trained and gained experience at a rival city or large regional team and had experience of land acquisition matters.

You should have a genuine interest in residential development work acting predominantly for house builders and there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in strategic thinking and in practice growth.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness. You should be able to hold court with clients. You will work alongside technically excellent fee earners who have an extensive knowledge of the market and an in-depth understanding of the industry.

As well as career progression and a highly competitive salary you can expect to increase your earnings through company profit shares and bonus schemes. Private healthcare comes as standard and the firm are hugely successful increasing profits year in year out.
