The Role
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a technically proficient Solicitor with good general commercial property experience to join a busy team in the Chippenham area. Working alongside experienced Lawyers, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will manage a complex caseload including some high value, large scale matters as they progress within the role. Areas may include: sales and purchase of commercial premises; lease granting and negotiations; advice on planning; development projects and; landlord and tenant issues. Keen to play an active role in the continued growth and development of the practice, the successful Lawyer will build and sustain client relationships and participate in business development initiatives.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 – 3 years’ PQE;
