Are you a conveyancing legal secretary looking to join a leading, mid-sized law firm based in its Birmingham city centre office? 

Our client is currently recruiting for an additional conveyancing legal secretary to join its Birmingham city centre office where you will be providing key secretarial support and assistance to a conveyancing solicitor.

Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Liaising with clients, both face to face and over the phone
  • Providing key support and assistance to a conveyancing solicitor
  • Preparing/drafting documents
  • Key administrative work
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary position, you must have 12 months’+ experience in a similar position, a great team working ethic, be able to work under a busy/pressured environment, along with excellent communication skills.
