- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts for the sale and supply of products and services.
- Supporting the business in managing commercial disputes.
- Monitoring Corporate Governance requirements with a view to maintaining, updating and advising on the systems and policies in place whenever necessary including in relation to H&S.
- Dealing with Intellectual Property issues.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including sales and management team as well as brokers, registrars and advisers.
- Providing support and assistance, as required, for corporate activities.
- Supporting the Legal Director in providing an efficient board support service for main board and committee meetings (preparing board papers, compliance checklists etc).
Our client is in need of a really strong and confident Contracts Manager, with the experience and ability to create a system for them to easily manage their existing and future contracts. Occasional working from home will be considered, although it will be expected that a majority of your time will be office based, working with in-house colleagues and stakeholders.
Should you have the relevant skills and experience, please get in touch to discuss.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
