Senior Legal Advisor

The Opportunity:

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to support their core business. This role offers a varied range of work as you support multiple business functions. Your role will be to support and advise the business on industry code, IP/ trademark matters, general commercial and transactional contracts, as well as cross boarder issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support smaller affiliates of the company abroad and be involved in alliance management for the business.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least four years' PQE - Must be UK Qualified;
• Ideally a pharmaceutical or scientific background;
• Experience handling commercial transactions, IP, data protection and corporate law;
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiating skills;
• Prior in-house experience is preferred.
