Immediate Start: Temporary Commercial Legal PA based in the City £20+ per hour

An international law firm is looking to recruit a temporary Legal PA to join their London Office immediately on an ongoing basis within their Commercial team.  This role will encompass the full circle of legal PA/Secretarial duties as you will be relied upon to open and close files, draft short correspondence on behalf of fee earners, carry out extensive diary management, act as a first point of contact for clients in the absence of fee earners, liaise with Reprographics and DPD to assist with the production of client documents and marketing materials, process expenses, ensure client information is kept up to date on InterAction, carry out audio and copy typing, prepare client engagement letters and any other ad hoc duties as required.  Candidates must have previous Commercial or Corporate experience from within a London law firm and be strong on the basic Microsoft Office packages.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
