My client is a global UK law firm that is looking to recruit a US qualified Tax Associate into the London team. Ideally, you will be a qualified US attorney, with bar admission received or pending, to practise US tax law on the US tax desk in London.
The firm's practice is wide-ranging and is active in a variety of areas such as: cross-border M&A; advising institutional investors when entering private investment funds; US tax disclosure for capital markets transactions; automatic exchange of tax information; and supporting the London fund formation practice.
