The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Lawyer for a specialist team based in Bedford. With the skills and expertise to manage a challenging caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will advise clients on a range of commercial property matters, to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; developments; Landlord and Tenant matters; portfolio management and; planning. Passionate about business development, the successful Lawyer will build and strengthen client relationships and play an active role in initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. Previous experience working within a Lexcel accredited practice is desirable but not essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Commercial Property;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be technically competent with good commercial acumen;
You will be a pro-active team player but equally able to work on your own initiative;
You will organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a proven track record in business development.
