This Big4 legal services firm is looking for a corporate lawyer with strong experience in advising clients on M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate restructurings, in particular in the financial services sector.

Description
The applicant must be able to demonstrate his/her ability to successfully lead transactions (while ensuring that other senior members of the team are kept informed and involved at appropriate times), and to supervise and develop more junior members of the team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of regulated businesses (whether by share sale or business sale)
- Corporate restructurings in the banking, insurance and investment management sectors
- Loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures involving listed and/or regulated clients
- Establishment and restructuring of funds (included listed investment funds) and fund management arrangements
- Real estate or infrastructure M&A, investment or funds establishment
