A top 200 law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with around 2-5 years post qualification experience to join their reputable team at their Shrewsbury office.
 
Our client is looking for a corporate/commercial solicitor with an ability and willingness to undertake work to include; corporate finance transactions and corporate reorganisations and restructuring to include commercial contracts along with advising on share option and incentive schemes.

The firm itself offers a supportive environment along with the encouragement for solicitors of all levels to gain exposure to the good quality work. They offer an extensive benefits scheme along with a flexible working environment along with the opportunity to progress quickly through to partnership level.

To be considered you must have a strong academic track record along with at least two years continuous experience in a Legal 500 firm undertaking corporate/commercial work. Exposure to corporate finance work would be an advantage.
