Corporate Commercial Lawyer sought in a reputable firm in Bury St Edmunds.
THE FIRM
Our client is a multi service practice offering a range of services in Bury St Edmunds. A modern firm, they represent individuals and business in the surrounding counties. They also specialise in Agriculture, Tax, Investments and Legal needs for all their clients while offering tailored services to suit individual client needs. They are now looking to add to their expanding team a client focused Corporate Commercial Lawyer. As a well-established office, they boast of a huge client following representing high net worth clients in the Country. They are community focused by regularly participating and sponsoring local causes and events.
THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer in Bury St Edmunds. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ to five years PQE is ideal for this role. Demonstrating solid experience in Corporate and Commercial matters, you will be able to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision. You will also undertake duties to include: drafting and redrafting company articles; partnership agreements; agricultural property work; mergers; corporate finance; ensuring compliance; stamp duty; taxation; landlord and tenant matters; sales and purchases and; acting for high net worth clients. The successful lawyer will therefore have excellent client care and good communication skills across all levels. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ to five years PQE;
You will have solid experience in Corporate and Commercial work;
Demonstrating a following of clients would be desirable;
You will be personable and able to handle your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to work within a team and on own initiative.
