Are you a commercial property/real estate solicitor with experience in the leisure or hospitality sector? Or would you like to develop a base in this niche and dynamic sector whilst working for a national Legal 100 practice?
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with around 4 to 7 years PQE and will have worked for a leading regional or London based firm. The ideal candidate will have worked in Milton Keynes or will have ties to this area and would be looking to join a market leading Legal 500 team. The firm act for some of the biggest names within the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector and have a longstanding reputation for excellence in this field. You will ideally have experience of the acquisition and disposal of portfolios of property, the full range of landlord and tenant work and some experience of property finance. The firm can offer a leading regional salary along with full benefits and excellent long term prospects.
