An experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor is sought for a leading law firm based just outside of Birmingham.
Our client, ranked tier 1 for its commercial property offering, is seeking to appoint an Agricultural Property Solicitor with at least five years’ experience.
You will work as part of the rural team that offers a range of legal services uniquely tailored to landowners, farmers and other rural enterprises.
You will be the “go to” person for all of the Agricultural property work which will include; acquisitions and disposals of all forms of rural land and property, whether residential or commercial. You must be able to work free of significant supervision and you must have proven experience in a similar type of role.
