This is a great opportunity for a commercial lawyer to work for a global brand in distribution and retail. This is a newly created position due to the company's expansion and future growth plans.
As Global Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with the senior management team on the strategic goals of the business. The role will be very varied advising on a broad of commercial, corporate, IT and procurement issues. You will be required to drive communication with the legal teams across the globe and be the lead on global projects.
Ideally you should be 4 - 6 years PQE and have trained in private practice. In-house experience is essential and experience of covering international markets would be advantageous. You must be keen to work as part of a team as well as be comfortable working autonomously.
