Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

Are you an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor who would like to join an expanding Residential Property team in Bedford?

Would you like to work for a trusted and respected  regional firm who boast a dominating presence in central Bedfordhsire? 

You will ideally be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and have a general residential property background with excellent technical and client care skills.

In addition to this, you must have experience of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity matters and be able to manage a large and busy caseload.

Exposure to shared ownership and Right to Buy would be a specific advantage.

You will join the busy team who act for individuals regionally and manage a caseload of medium to high net worth property values. Some exposure to signing titles is useful as well as some lower level team managerial abilities would be a useful addition to your CV.
