Commercial Litigation 1-3 PQE - Bristol

Our client is an international firm with a stellar reputation for insurance litigation work. This legal 500 rated department is known for advising their clients in relation to employment disputes, shareholder disputes, M&A disputes, regulatory issues, and disciplinary matters.

This firm is now looking to recruit a solicitor to join the Bristol insurance team to handle defending claims against construction professionals. Due to the complex nature of the caseload, you will also be attending Mediations and the Technology and Construction Courts. As a result, you will develop your arbitration and adjudication experience. 

The ideal candidate will be solicitor with at least one year’s post qualification experience, and up to three years.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an outstanding salary along with remuneration package.
