Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE)

An exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution Team of a UK top 200 law firm, focusing and specialising in disputed Probate, Wills, Trusts and Estates. ​

The role
The role will assist a senior Contentious Probate Solicitor with their current workload whilst playing a key part in developing and expanding the Firm’s client base in this area of practice. The successful candidate will develop in to this area of law under supervision and work towards the management of their own caseload. The successful candidate will work towards actively networking and raising the profile of the Firm locally, attending local functions and events.

The candidate
The ideal candidate has a litigation background and will as a minimum have completed a seat in Dispute Resolution during their training contract. Candidates who have also completed a seat in a Private Client Department will have a distinct advantage. The successful candidate is a team player and motivated self-starter, who possess excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail.  A professional and confident manner, along with strong and effective client care skills is essential.
