The Role
We are now actively seeking a commercially astute Lawyer for a CQS accredited team based in Birmingham. With solid experience in residential property, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, ensuring high quality advice and an efficient service at all times. Areas may include: transfers of equity; sales and purchases; remortgages; lease extensions; new builds and; shared ownership. In addition, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client and professional relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient, with solid experience in residential property;
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
You will have a consistently strong academic record;
You will have the ability to use a cloud-based case management system;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be personable and professional with a client-focused approach;
