The Role
An opportunity has now arisen within a Birmingham-based Residential Property team for a technically proficient Lawyer with good general experience within residential property. Working closely with the Head of Department, the successful Lawyer will assist with their caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property matters to include: remortgages; sales and purchases; shared ownership; transfers of equity and; new builds. Ensuring high levels of client care at all times, the successful Lawyer will actively build and sustain strong relationships and deliver a friendly and efficient service. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property;
You will be technically proficient, able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
You will have a consistently strong academic record;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT Literate with the ability to use a cloud-based case management system;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a desire for professional development.
