Our client has an excellent reputation across all commercial and private disciplines and is well known for the quality of work on offer and career progression opportunities. The successful solicitor PQE is likely to come from a full-service firm rather than high volume conveyancing background. You will be dealing with high quality and sometimes complex residential conveyancing work to include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and re-mortgages and possibly new-builds. Good organisation skills are a must together with a sound understanding of property law and processes.
