Senior Residential Property Lawyer sought for a well-regarded practice in Dorset.
Our client is a well-established firm with a network of offices within the South West and London. The firm prides themselves on building strong relationships with their clients and have a modern approach with traditional values when it comes to client and staff care. They specialise in a variety of legal services such as; Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Family Law.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Dorchester. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes a number of partners, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. Strong IT skills and the ability to build good working relationships with clients, colleagues and other professionals are essential qualities for the position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of conveyancing.
You will be IT literate, ideally with a good working knowledge of MS Office and case management systems.
Prior experience working to CQS requirements is desirable.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be a team player with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
