An experienced Employment Solicitor is required for a highly regarded Legal 200 firm based in Wimbledon.
This role has a good workflow of both advisory and contentious matters; clients range from start-ups to SME’s to multi nationals advising on their HR matters, contracts of employment, policies & handbooks. To advised clients and employees on employment disputes, dismissals, compromise agreements and advocacy at Employment tribunals up to HighCourt.
The Employment department have an active presence in the market through presenting seminars, writing articles, training sessions and work closely with the Corporate department.
