Position - Property Litigation Solicitor

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a prominent London based law firm. The firm thriving property and litigation practices and sit on the panel for a number of commercial property businesses and financial institutions. Due to an increase in the amount of work now being handled by their Real Estate Litigation team, the firm are now looking to bring in a qualified Solicitor . As such the firm are looking for a Lawyer with a broad range of Real Estate Litigation and that is familiar with disputes covering both Residential and Commercial Property. The firm are also looking for a Solicitor that has experience covering leases and ideally in Leasehold Enfranchisement. This position represents a terrific opportunity to work in an established Property Litigation team that holds a number of exclusive contracts with large Real Estate businesses in Southern England and London. The firm have a reputation for investing in the career development of their staff and opportunities for career progression are a realistic prospect.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad range of Real Estate Litigation experience.
- Experience covering both residential and commercial property disputes.
- Related lease experience, ideally including leasehold enfranchisement.
