THE ROLE

Two commercial property lawyers are now sought to join the firm's busy real estate team in East Anglia.

The property services group handles a good mix of work including property and development work, as well as commercial sales and leasing, options, capital funding, joint venture and consortium agreements and associated construction, public procurement, planning and environmental issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

The client base includes owners and occupiers, promoters, developers, end-users, investors and portfolio managers.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for one of these roles you will be a technically able and talented property lawyer who has gained extensive property experience at a top regional or London law firm and be looking for a challenging new role for 2017.

At the more senior end the candidate will be expected to have experience of property development projects and preferably have a following and good contacts in the local market.

The candidate will be willing and able to undertake practice development alongside others and to lead marketing initiatives.

They will also be willing to undertake supervision of more junior staff and to work independently or in a team as the project demands.
