Are you looking to continue your career within a leading private practice law firm?
This full service, Bath based, client is expanding its private client team and searching for a private client solicitor to join the established team.
Ideally, you should have at least 2 years’ experience as a solicitor, handling estate planning advice; the administration of estates, the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; will drafting; taxation advice; and advising on capacity issues.
This role will be advising on a mixture of taxable and non-taxable estates, some of which can be quite complex.
This department is very established with a strong leader who has been active in the local private client market for many years. Much of the incoming work is from referrals from other satisfied customers.
Competitive salary, depending on experience + bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and central Bath offices.
