Our client is a Legal 500 recognised firm with an excellent reputation in personal injury litigation work.

Due to continuing development within the team they are looking to recruit an experienced Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to provide high quality drafting, training and advocacy skills to the department to reduce the use of external counsel and up-skill existing colleagues so that they will, over time, develop the skill set to draft their own legal documents and litigation tactics.

Based in Liverpool your duties will consist of drafting Particulars of Claim/Advices. You will undertake interim hearings and trials as and when required The role will also require you to provide training to fee earners to enable them to improve their own drafting skills.

You will be a key member of the team providing support to fee earners on post litigation cases and supervising work flow in the team.
