Michael Page Legal sits as part of the Page Group and has seen record growth in the last few years. Our established legal team in Birmingham is now looking to grow and you will join a team of 4 consultants recruiting part qualified legal professionals across the Midlands.

Description

You will work as part of Michael Page Legal in Birmingham as a consultant recruiting for law firms across the Midlands market. The typical roles you will work on are Paralegal vacancies and you will work with anything from major law firms to boutique practices.

The role involved working as part of a close knit team and you will be responsible for your own candidates and clients. As part of the role you will business develop and look to grow your clients portfolio and generate candidates via job adverts and social media. This is a sales role and so some sales experience is desirable.

Profile

You are likely to be an existing Paralegal who could be looking for a change in career. A number of our team members previously worked in the legal sector as Paralegals or qualified Solicitors. As this is a sales role we would look for individuals to be confident, articulate and tenacious.
