Description
You will work within the Real Estate team of a leading Birmingham law firm specialising in commercial property.
This is a great chance to learn and develop from some of the leading lawyers in the region. The team is very busy so you will get the chance to learn from day one. The team has a number of paralegals so you would be working alongside other legal assistants.
The type of work will typically involve:
- leasehold work
- assisting with acquisitions and disposals
- legal research
- assisting with wider projects
Profile
Ideally you will have excellent academics and at least 6 months' in property law.
