My client, a leading regional firm with a number of L500 and Chambers listings have an opening for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join the team in their Cheltenham office.
The specialist team work across excellent projects including a wide range of residential and commercial schemes through to restorations and provisions of facilities. Clients include landowners, developers, LAs and other parties.
This is a varied role and an excellent opportunity for a planning solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join a highly respected and well established team.
The role will include advising on various planning matters including negotiation of highways agreements, planning obligations, judicial review, statutory challenges, highways etc.
