Private Client Fee Earner

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the biggest Private Client department in Woking, Surrey. This firm are continually growing and looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their thriving team. This is an established traditional law firm in Woking that have an excellent reputation across Surrey. They specialise in Commercial Property, Litigation, Family, Residential Conveyancing and Private Client matters. They are Law Society accredited for Conveyancing Quality and also a member of Resolution for their family department. They have excellent staff retention rates due to their friendly, positive and family feel environment across the firm.

This firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner for their office in Woking, Surrey.

You will work on a mixed caseload across all of Private Client, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate Applications, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role includes going out into the community to meet with clients that are unable to make it to the office. A car is not essential, however, as there are very good connections in the area.

There are opportunities for progression and the firm is also happy to support those wanting to undertake the STEP Qualification.

The firm also welcome applications from those wanting to work full-time or part-time and are very flexible with working hours and there is the opportunity to occasionally work from home.

• You will be a Private Client Fee Earner (applications are welcome from Solicitors and Legal Executives) with at least 2 years PQE.
• You will be experienced in all aspects of Private Client and able to handle your own caseload
