Top tier Offshore Law firm in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands is seeking two high calibre Dispute Resolution Junior Associates specialising in commercial litigation/insolvency - ideally 3-4 PQE.
Responsibilities
- Commercial litigation, including contractual, fund, partnership and shareholder disputes, negligence claims and some white collar crime, as well as regulatory disputes and individual and corporate insolvency.
Requirements
- The lawyer/associate must have general commercial litigation AND insolvency experience from top international/offshore/US/magic circle law firm.
- Secondments or work placements are extremely desirable.
- The lawyer must be qualified in an English speaking UK/commonwealth jurisdiction i.e England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and be ideally 3-4 PQE.
- Must have graduated from a top UK/commonwealth/International University with excellent academic scores i.e. 2.1 LLB or higher.
- Existing offshore experience would be advantageous but not essential.
