3-6 PQE Corporate Funds junior associate/lawyer required for top offshore firm. Based in George Town, Grand Cayman.

Responsibilities

  • To work, grow and develop as a corporate funds attorney in the Cayman team.
  • Act as an ambassador for the firm.

Requirements

  • 3-6 PQE corporate funds experience is essential.
  • Must be at least 3 PQE qualified in the UK or an English speaking Commonwealth jurisdiction to obtain a work permit i.e. England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
  • It is essential that the candidate have strong experience in investment funds, private equity and general corporate work. 
  • International experience is preferable.
  • The candidate must have qualifications from reputable top International Universities.
  • It is essential that the associate has been trained and retained or worked recently at a top international firm i.e magic circle/US/offshore.
  • Secondments to a financial company are preferable. 
  • Salary: DOE – competitive market rate - US $140-185k - tax free and relocation package.
