International Insurer – Litigation and Claims – 8 to 12 PQE – Insurance Litigation

A leading international insurer is currently looking to hire a litigation lawyer to join their claims team. This is a newly created function within the team for a senior level candidate to manage a small team of claims handlers on contentious cases.

As the legal expert for claims, you will act as escalation point for potentially contentious cases and manage all litigation/dispute resolution processes. Being the team manager, you will also implement internal policies and standard procedures to improve the efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8 – 12 years post qualification experience
• Insurance litigation experience required
• Experience in Employee Compensation / Personal Injury preferred
• Cantonese language a plus
