Our client, a leading UK firm, is looking for a pure M&A Mid/ Senior level Associate (4-7PQE) for their globally renowned Corporate team.
The role itself offers a broad range of work, focusing purely on M&A (private/ public). The focus of the team is to expand their business in China and the US. Advising corporate clients and leading investment banks on financial business strategies. The firm is well regarded for their training programmes, with low attrition rates, tight-knit collegiate teams, and the constant strive for a better work-place environment. The position offers Magic Circle rates – uncapped bonus scheme, able to bring you in line with US firms.
Role Requirements
- 4-7PQE
- Fluent Mandarin. Read & write
- Common Law Qual. (No U.S.)
- Good Drafting Skills
- Must have experience in M&A
- Open to relocations if have mandarin
