A German headquartered pharmaceutical company, which has global operations and central hubs in Germany, France the UK and USA is now looking to make their first UK legal hire and are seeking an ambitious lawyer to join their team based in Oxfordshire.
Reporting in to the SVP for Legal who is based in Germany, this role will support all of the business functions with specific focus on UK and US operations. Key responsibilities will include dealing with all commercial matters including contracts and intellectual property.
Candidates should have previous experience in a regulated industry, with those coming from life sciences at an advantage. This is an ideal role for someone looking for an independant role in a growing pharmaceutical business with a friendly and supportive culture.
