Residential Conveyancer

Are you a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Senior Paralegal or Fee Earner who is looking for a new opportunity to make the most of your abilities? If so our client, a long established and growing traditional high street law firm based around the North West is looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Fee Earner join the team at the their office based in Lancashire.

They are looking for a Fee Earner to work within our very busy Conveyancing Department, managing your own caseload of Sale and purchase matters, including Leasehold, Buy to Let, New Builds and Shared Ownership.

The ideal candidate will have full understanding of the Conveyancing process and experience of running a busy caseload from inception to completion of residential property transactions is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Conveyancing experience, Salary is dependant on experience but competitive rates are on offer for the right candidate.
