Our Client is seeking to appoint an assured Residential Development Lawyer to join its established team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a good amount of quality Residential Property experience and will ideally have also already had experience of acting in Residential Development matters. Whilst experience of management is preferable, it is not a prerequisite to success in this role.

The successful candidate will also have a commercial, hands on approach and genuine enthusiasm for Residential Development work as well a keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills.
