THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Civil Commercial Litigation Lawyer in Slough. This is ideal for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ experience in general Litigation matters. You will have good communication skills across all levels priding yourself in delivering excellent client care. Matters will include: contentious probate work; debt recovery and litigation; issuing court claims; contract disputes; company insolvency; professional negligence claims and; conducting own advocacy. A lawyer with some expertise in mediation is highly desirable and membership of a relevant organisation is essential to the role. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
You must have expertise in Civil and Commercial Litigation work;
You must have membership of a relevant organisation;

Expertise in mediation is desirable;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be a team player.
