We have recently been instructed by our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, in relation to an opportunity for a NQ-4 year Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team based in Leicester. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a varied and challenging role in their formative years.

About the Commercial Litigation Solicitor role

This busy Commercial Litigation team acts for both Claimants and Defendants thus providing the successful candidate with exposure to both sides of the fence. The Commercial Litigation team provide a wide range of advice on general business disputes, alternative dispute resolution, property damage, shareholder and partnership disputes and negligence claims.

About the person

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience gained in a Commercial Litigation seat at a comparable firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered.

Alongside a sound academic record, key skills that the Commercial Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
