Residential Conveyancer

Applications are invited from technically strong, qualified Residential Conveyancers or Legal Executives looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers forward, in a supportive working environment. You will already live locally or be willing to relocate to be near to our offices in Chesham and Amersham.

You will be expected to slot into the existing property team and to develop new sources of potential income streams for the business, through networking and business development initiatives. The main duties will be to;

- To run your own mixed caseload
- To assist other fee earners with their cases
- To contribute to the effective operation of the firm
- To actively develop new sources of potential income streams for the department

You'll be a strong communicator and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It's also expected you can drive and hold a full, clean UK driving license as there may be a requirement to provide support, in a similar capacity at the office in Chesham. Candidates must have experience of running their own caseload and dealing with multifaceted and complex transactions. The chosen Conveyancer can expect superb mentoring from more senior Partners/ Solicitors in the team whom are recognised are experts in their field, via directories such as the Legal 500.
