Law Costs Draftsperson, Manchester, Salary to £28K
Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson for a leading Law firm based in South Manchester. Salary is negotiable and will be to c£28K.
The role will involve dealing with a mixture of personal injury and clinical negligence cost matters, of both fast track and multi-track values. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 12 months experience working within Costs with a specific focus on Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence. The role will involve negotiating settlement costs, preparing summary assessment schedules, breakdowns of costs etc., drafting replies to Points of Dispute and drafting Budgets.
Applications are invited from candidates with experience dealing with Fast and Multi track PI Costs, advocacy experience and sound budgeting drafting experience. The firm are happy to consider candidates coming from Specialist Costs Companies and also In-House. You should possess a legal qualification and have experience working to targets.
