THE ROLE
A fantastic role has arisen for a newly qualified Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a thriving and busy department on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful Litigation Lawyer will take on a varied and challenging caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to resolution. Our client covers an interesting range of cases such as company disputes; breach of contracts; construction; rights to information; contentious probate and; landlord and tenant. THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Litigation Law.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills.
You will have a keen interest in business development and will be commercially aware.
