The firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate / Partner to join their City of London office.

The Corporate department has experienced a surge of growth recently, with further growth planned, making now an exciting time to join. Within the last two years they have had Partners from heavy-weight City and US firms join the team. You will deal with a varied client base, they have particular strength in the Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Martine, Media and Trade sectors. You will have client contact, be involved in events and find a culture where everyone has the platform to develop business. You will deal with an excellent quality of work, this will include; M&A, Equity capital markets, Partnerships and Joint ventures.

This role comes with very good prospects for progression including leading a team and Partnership.

• You will be a Corporate Senior Associate / Partner with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE)
• You will have a track-record of developing and growing business
• Experience of mentoring and management is to advantage
• You should be ambitious and want to progress
• First-rate technical knowledge is essential
