Our client, a long established legal practice based in Manchester City Centre are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-3 Years PQE to join their expanding Property department.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Commercial Leases and Property Contracts & Agreements. This role will involve working alongside the Commercial Property Partner and assisting where necessary.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Commercial Property and be comfortable working under minimal supervision and to strict deadlines. The ability to multi-task and prioritise your caseload is essential for this role.
