Serious Injury solicitor

The Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence department of this excellent law firm is a small but niche team of Lawyers handling a mixture of high value and complex claims. The ideal candidate will be a Claimant Solicitor, 6 years + PQE, specialising in high value Personal Injury Claims; preferably APIL accredited, but with a keen interest in obtaining Clinical Negligence experience.

They are looking for a candidate who is commercially minded and meets a healthy financial target, but who will go the extra mile to provided excellent client care. You will preferably have a PI/CN caseload. A following is desirable, but this is not essential. You must be happy to supervise junior members of staff and be willing to assist in developing our department.

You should be willing to market and assist in bringing in work. A good sense of humour and a positive attitude is a must! They are committed to working together as a team and do all that they can to support and encourage each other, inspiring each other to excel. Each member of their staff has an important role to play in achieving their goals.
