Due to continued growth and successes, my client seeks a motivated Conveyancer to join a Lexcel, CQS accredited Bedford office. You will either be a Solicitor, full or part qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 12 months' PQE from a reputable firm or high street conveyancing firm.

The team holds extensive knowledge and expertise in many areas including; buying from a developer or at auction, lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of ownership. The chosen Residential Conveyancer will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
