Our client is a fast growing practice in Solihull. A niche firm, they have acquired numerous awards and accreditations reflecting excellent service provision in the Solihull and the surrounding counties. They are equipped with a dedicated team individually skilled in their roles and other areas of law and committed to providing services tailored to suit client needs. They are now seeking a personable Locum Family Care Lawyer to help develop their department. The firm is located within easy reach of local amenities and good transport links. THE ROLE
A great opportunity has arisen for a personable Locum Family Care Lawyer in Solihull. This busy department is seeking a qualified Solicitor or a Fee Earner with a minimum of three years PQE within a reputable firm. The ideal Lawyer will be available to start immediately and be able to prioritise their workload under minimum supervision. Duties will include: divorce; separation; ancillary relief; children matters; emergency protection and guardianship orders; cohabitation disputes; civil partnership and; pre and post nuptial agreements. It is therefore essential for the successful Lawyer to have expertise in childcare and public law matters. Family or childcare membership or working towards it is also advantageous to the role. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of three years PQE in a Family department;
Expertise in Childcare and public law is essential;
You must be available to start immediately;
Family/Childcare Panel membership or working towards it is advantageous;
You will be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be empathetic with good attention to detail;
You will have excellent client care skills.
